Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

All pre-orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the release date, which is stated in the product title. You will receive a shipping notification once your pre-order has shipped.

We take great care in packaging and shipping your orders to ensure they arrive securely. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or UPS. All orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days after shipping.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $200. For orders under $200, standard shipping rates will apply and will be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Address Responsibility

We ship to the address provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any address changes before the order is shipped. If a shipment has already been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for any fees associated with redirecting or returning the package.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For orders under $200, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Combined Shipping

If multiple orders are placed for the same address and are scheduled to be shipped within the same timeframe, we may combine the orders into a single package for convenience.

Tracking Information

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@whispersofmana.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate the issue for you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “delivered” by the carrier. All orders are provided with tracking information to ensure you can monitor the delivery status. If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier for assistance.

Damaged or Missing Items

In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@whispersofmana.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as soon as possible. We handle such issues on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to reach a satisfactory solution.

Returns and Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in its original condition. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the full order amount.
